1. Scope
These terms govern all purchases from Shandong Shengyuan Peptide Technology Co., Ltd. through this website or by direct inquiry. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Research Use Only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development. The buyer confirms they are a qualified researcher or institution and will not use products for human or veterinary purposes, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Orders and Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or an accepted purchase order. Prices exclude shipping and any destination-country duties unless explicitly included.
4. Payment
Payment methods are communicated with the quotation and may include bank transfer or other agreed channels. Ownership of goods passes to the buyer upon full payment.
5. Quality and Documentation
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If a product is shown to deviate materially from its COA by an accredited third-party laboratory, we will replace it or refund the purchase price at our discretion, provided the claim is made within 30 days of receipt and the product remains sealed and properly stored.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or storage of our products, or for any use inconsistent with these terms.
7. Compliance
The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction, including import regulations, and for obtaining any required licenses or permits.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shandong Province.
