A peptide's certificate is only as credible as the laboratory behind it. Our quality system is built around a simple rule: no batch ships without a complete, traceable analytical record. Every release undergoes the full panel below, and the results are printed on the Certificate of Analysis that travels with your order.
The Standard Release Panel
| Test | Method | What It Confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Visual inspection | Lyophilized cake integrity, no discoloration or foreign matter |
| Identity | ESI-MS / MALDI-TOF | Molecular weight matches the theoretical mass of the sequence |
| Purity | RP-HPLC (C18, 214/220 nm) | Target peak ≥99% of integrated UV-absorbing material |
| Peptide content | Nitrogen / amino acid analysis | Net peptide weight, distinct from purity |
| Water content | Karl Fischer titration | Residual moisture after lyophilization |
| Endotoxin | LAL assay | Below specification (typically <3 EU/mg) |
| pH | Potentiometry | Reconstitution behavior within specification |
Why Purity and Content Are Both Reported
HPLC purity describes the proportion of UV-absorbing material that is the target peptide; it does not describe how much of the powder is peptide. Counter-ions (such as acetate or TFA) and residual water account for the difference. That is why our COAs report purity, peptide content, and water content side by side — so your dosing and budgeting calculations for research use rest on complete data.
Batch Records and QA-Reviewed Release
Quality systems, not just chemistry, determine whether a peptide batch is fit for its intended research program. Our manufacturing operation runs under a documented quality management system aligned with ICH analytical guidelines, with controlled clean-room areas for filling and lyophilization. Every batch is manufactured against a written batch record, reviewed by an independent quality assurance function, and released only after analytical results meet specification. Documentation available with every order includes the Certificate of Analysis, HPLC and MS raw data, and, on request, a full quality dossier for your procurement files. Research-grade production is not represented as pharmaceutical GMP certification.
Analytical Instrumentation
- High-resolution HPLC systems with diode-array detection, C18 columns, and validated gradient methods

- Karl Fischer titrators for residual water determination
- LAL endotoxin testing capability on every production batch
Verify Any Batch
Every product label carries a verification code tied to its batch record. Enter the code in our online COA lookup to see the batch's release data — purity, assay, content, and manufacturing dates — in seconds.
