Packaging
Peptides are lyophilized and sealed in sterile vials, then packed with cold-chain protection — insulated packaging with temperature buffers where needed — so that products remain stable during transit. Each parcel ships with its batch Certificate of Analysis.

Carriers and Tracking
We ship through international express networks (FedEx, DHL, UPS, and equivalents) to 50+ countries. A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our facility, and transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
Customs
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the ordered materials may lawfully be imported into the destination country and for any duties or clearance requirements. We provide documentation support (COA, commercial invoice) with every shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt with photographs; we will investigate and arrange replacement. Lost shipments are re-sent once the carrier confirms non-delivery.
