Do you support kilogram-scale production?
Yes. Production scales from milligram research quantities through multi-gram pilot lots to kilogram commercial supply, using the same analytical release panel at every scale so data stays comparable across your program.
How do I confirm a product is genuine?
Each label carries a batch-linked verification code. Entering that code in the COA lookup on this site returns the batch's certificate — purity, peptide content, sequence, and production dates — so authenticity is checkable in under a minute.
Can you run OEM and private-label programs?
OEM is a core service line: formulation development, private-label filling and packaging, dossier preparation, and worldwide logistics. A dedicated project manager runs the program end to end, and a pilot batch is produced for your approval before commercial production starts.
How are shipments handled?
Peptides are lyophilized and packed with cold-chain protection, then shipped through international express networks with full tracking. A shipping notice with the tracking number is sent the moment the parcel leaves our facility.
What documentation comes with each order?
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis containing HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, peptide content, water content, and endotoxin results. Raw HPLC chromatograms and MS spectra are available on request for your internal files.
Are your products suitable for clinical or human use?

Can you synthesize modified or difficult peptides?
Yes — cyclic peptides, disulfide-bridged structures, D-amino acid substitutions, PEGylation, biotinylation, and fluorescent labels are all routine. For very long or aggregation-prone sequences we recommend a feasibility review, which is included free with every custom quote.
